Refund policy

This policy applies to all training programmes offered by App Camellia Core Co., Ltd. Fees quoted on our Rates page are subject to the terms below.

Structure Foundations Workshop

Full refund

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the workshop start date receive a full refund of all amounts paid, processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Partial refund

Cancellations received 7–14 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. The deposit covers administrative and printed material costs for the cancelled seat.

No refund

Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the start date, or no-shows, are non-refundable. You may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

Private Structure Coaching

Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the session fee. If we cancel due to instructor illness, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.

Weekly Chart Lab

Single sessions cancelled with 24 hours notice may be moved to the following week subject to availability. Prepaid four-session blocks are non-refundable after the first session is attended. Unused sessions in a block expire 8 weeks from purchase.

Deposits

Workshop deposits of 30% are non-refundable if you cancel fewer than 14 days before the start date, except in cases of documented medical emergency (see Exceptions).

Materials

Printed workbooks provided at workshops are included in the programme fee and cannot be refunded separately. Digital chart files distributed before sessions are revoked upon full refund.

Work already started

If you leave a multi-day workshop after Day 1 begins, no partial refund is issued. Private coaching sessions that have started are non-refundable regardless of duration completed.

Rescheduling by App Camellia Core

If we postpone a workshop, you may transfer to the new date or receive a full refund. We will notify enrolled participants at least 7 days in advance where possible.

Refund process

Email hello@appcamelliacore.click with your full name, programme name, booking date, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via bank transfer to the account used for payment.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may qualify for credit toward a future session at our discretion, even when standard refund windows have passed. Contact us with supporting documentation.
