You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information through contact forms, or record workshop sessions without prior written consent. Disruptive behaviour during in-person sessions may result in removal without refund.

5. Enrolment and payment

Programme fees are listed on our Rates page. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of required deposits. Payment terms for each programme are communicated at booking. Prices may change for future sessions; confirmed bookings honour the rate quoted at reservation.

6. Limitation of liability

Our training is for educational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding trading outcomes, profitability, or accuracy of any chart reading methodology as applied to live markets. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, App Camellia Core Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programmes, including trading losses.
